Welbeck House: A Touch of Luxury, Security, and Efficiency in the Heart of London

Situated in the bustling heart of Central London, Welbeck House is a beacon of timeless elegance and modern luxury on Welbeck Street. Surrounded by iconic locations such as Regents Street, Wimpole Street, and Tottenham Court Road, this stunning property offers an exquisite blend of history, comfort, and cutting-edge technology.

London Electricals Ltd had the privilege of reshaping Welbeck House's technological infrastructure, maintaining its distinctive charm while enhancing its functional appeal. Our mission was to transform the living experience for its residents, ensuring both sophistication and security.

The comprehensive project required us to revamp the entire building's intercommunication system, and for this, we trusted none other than BPT XIP intercoms. We replaced monitors in every flat, establishing a seamless communication network. We also set up a new, integrated concierge interface that allowed complete monitoring of all flats and tenants. This high-grade, secure access control system offered the residents a sense of safety and convenience.

One of the project's crown jewels was installing the Lutron Vive Lighting system throughout the property. As a listed building, Welbeck House was home to many old fittings, including central chandeliers that were over a century old. These historical fixtures were revitalised through careful electroplating in silver, breathing new life into the antique charms. Furthermore, the lighting was upgraded to LED throughout the building, blending sustainability with style.

Our Lutron Vive system provides more than just an elegant lighting solution. With its BACNET backend support, it was a key player in our energy efficiency strategy for the building. This integration of technology and design created a visually stunning and environmentally considerate atmosphere.

Once the refurbishment was complete, London Electricals Ltd remained committed to Welbeck House's upkeep. We provided a comprehensive maintenance contract, ensuring that this luxurious property continues functioning smoothly and effectively for the tenants' comfort.
