Just a stone's throw away from the historic Highgate Cemetery, our recent project on Swains Lane in Highgate N6 is a brilliant home technology integration masterclass. The client's request for specific systems formed the basis of this typical installation, combining the best of Lutron and Savant to provide a seamlessly integrated experience.

 

The project begins with the comprehensive implementation of the Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting system, an industry-leading solution known for its versatility and performance. From dimming control to ambience creation, the Lutron HomeWorks QS transforms every room in the house into a responsive environment tailored to the client's tastes and lifestyle. 

 

Further enhancing the luxurious feel of this Highgate residence, we installed Lutron's Savoia shades and curtains. With precise control over daylight, these systems ensure a beautiful harmony between interior design, comfort, and natural light, seamlessly blending the home's aesthetics with functionality.

 

At the heart of this unified experience is Savant's cutting-edge technology. The Savant music system and door entry provide an unmatched level of security, convenience, and entertainment. Coupled with  "Coolmaster", which integrates and controls the property's air conditioning, the result is an intuitively controlled environment.

Underpinning the entire project is a comprehensive Ruckus WiFi installation. This robust network guarantees stable, high-speed connectivity in the whole property, ensuring that all parts of the integrated systems function optimally.

 

Working closely with the homeowner, architects, and interior designers, we created a highly bespoke, streamlined, intelligent home experience. It's a perfect example of how technology can be subtly integrated into a living space, enhancing comfort and convenience while preserving the property's unique character.
