Situated in an enviable location opposite the famous Primrose Hill Park, our latest project involves modernising a seven-story London townhouse. A project where elegance meets functionality, the aim was to blend smart home technology with the architectural beauty of the house, enhancing the already stunning views of one of London's most iconic green spaces.

 

Our design for this project centred on the Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting system with Alisse Keypads. This comprehensive, highly customisable lighting solution tailored the ambience across all seven house stories. Coupled with the sleek design and high performance of Orluna One Downlights, we were able to highlight the property's architectural charm while providing optimal lighting conditions for the residents.

 

An essential aspect of the design was the integration of Lutron Savoia shades and motorised curtains. We harmoniously balanced artificial and natural light by coordinating these with the HomeWorks QS system. The result is a home that seamlessly transitions from day to night, with lighting that can be easily adjusted to suit any mood or occasion.

 

We implemented a full home Ruckus WiFi solution to ensure seamless operation of the installed technology. This robust system ensures uninterrupted connectivity across all seven floors, a critical aspect in maintaining the functionality of a modern, tech-driven home.

 

Our project at Primrose Hill perfectly exemplifies how smart home technology can enhance a home's aesthetic and functional qualities without disrupting its original charm.
